I don't think any griefer should get there rank back. It's stupid and ignorant to ruin someone's build that they took time to build. Sorry.. :/ That's my thoughts.

Do you really think we will give you your rank back JUST for apologizing for griefing? The first rule is not to grief, AND you were stingray. So no, you wont get your rank back for a while.
