Possibly new rule?

I was wanting to ask if a new rule could be that Co-Owners can only temp rank Elite+ only to Co-Owner. Some questions that also I am wondering is that are people allowed to be temp ranked to elite or Co-Owner by Co-Owners? if this is not a good idea then I will get rid of it please respond Mdc or Zink

You can temprank only people that you feel are worthy of it to elite. CoOwner is only to be done by owner.
